Policy 16-A, Tuition
Reimbursement/Education Assistance, of the Fauquier County
Human Resources Policy Manual has been revised to:

Update the
agreement between the County and the employee receiving
tuition reimbursement/education assistance, revising the
terms for repayment should employment be terminated;
·
Broaden some
of the definitions to assist more employees with their
educational endeavors;
·
Improve the
policy format; and
·
Reduce the
maximum reimbursement allowed per fiscal year per employee.
The revision of Policy 16-A,
Tuition Reimbursement/Education Assistance, has received the
endorsement of the Personnel Committee. |
