A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR

TO SCHEDULE A PUBLIC HEARING TO OBTAIN CITIZEN INPUT CONCERNING A REVISION OF FAUQUIER COUNTY CODE SECTION 4-26

            WHEREAS, Code of Virginia § 3.1-796.93:1, the enabling legislation for localities to enact a dangerous dog Ordinance, was amended; now, therefore be it

            RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 11^th day of August 2005, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, authorized to schedule a public hearing to obtain citizen input regarding the revision of Fauquier County Code Section 4-26.
