A Resolution to Authorize Re-titling the Vacant Position of Deputy Clerk III to Deputy Clerk IV

 

Topic Description: 

The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court currently has a Deputy Clerk III vacancy.  Springsted Incorporated reviewed the duties performed by this position and recommended re-titling the position to Deputy Clerk I.  

 

This request was presented to the Personnel Committee on July 18, 2005.  The Personnel Committee endorsed the request to re-title the vacant position title of Deputy Clerk III to Deputy Clerk IV.

 

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

 

Fiscal Impact Analysis: 

There are no fiscal impacts associated with re-titling the position.
