A Resolution to Authorize the County Administrator to Execute the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for the Northern Sports Fields Complex and Community Park

Topic Description:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) require that the County of Fauquier place restrictive covenants to maintain 9.5 acres of wetlands on the Northern Sports Fields Complex and Community Park property in perpetuity in its natural state.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
