A Resolution to Authorize the Acceptance of a Conservation Easement of the Property of Cintra Cricket Bedford 

Topic Description:

The resolution authorizes the County Administrator to accept a conservation easement on the approximately 37.6487 acre (combined total) parcel of property owned by Cintra Cricket Bedford in the Marshall Magisterial District.  The parcels are assessed as two lots known as Parcel Identification Numbers (PINs) 6062-15-7194-000 and 6062-24-8401-000.  The property is actually six separate lots of record.  The parcel was formerly part of the Mellon Estate, is visible from Rectortown Road, and contains Milan Mill, an historic mill built in the early 1800’s.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
