Dominion has agreed, in
exchange for an
additional 50 feet of
right of way, to
construct fewer towers
than it would within the
existing 100 foot
Dominion
right of way
located on the property
of Richard Wayne
Arrington and Linda G.
Arrington which is
subject to a PDR
easement.
Dominion has also
requested a relocation
of a portion of the
right of way.
The attached
resolution would
authorize the proposed
conveyance and
relocation subject to
the conditions outlined
in the resolution.
