RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROPOSED SPORTS FIELDS MAINTENANCE AND CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH THE FAUQUIER COUNTY SOCCER CLUB FOR THE NORTHERN FAUQUIER COMMUNITY PARK WHEREAS, Fauquier County is acquiring specific sites in Fauquier County for sports complexes; and WHEREAS, the original premise for acquiring these sites included a partnership with youth sports organizations in Fauquier County; and WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has negotiated an agreement with the Fauquier County Soccer Club for the maintenance, supervision, and operation of specific facilities at the Northern Fauquier Community Park; and WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board is now recommending that Agreement to the Board of Supervisors for approval; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 13th day of August 2009, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, authorized to execute directed to adopt the agreement with the Fauquier County Soccer Club for the maintenance, supervision, and operation of specific facilities at the Northern Fauquier Community Park.
