RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO AWARD CONTRACTS FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT AT THE WARRENTON COMMUNITY CENTER MAIN BUILDING AND “BUILDING C”

            WHEREAS, plans have been prepared for a roofing replacement project at the Warrenton Community Center; and

            WHEREAS, the project architect has recommended award of the bid for these improvements to Rayco Roofing in the amount of $238,098.00 for the Warrenton Community Center Main Building and “Building C”; now, therefore, be it

            RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 14^th day of August 2008, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, authorized to execute contracts for the roofing replacement of Warrenton Community Center Main Building and “Building C”.
