RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT the
filing of aN OUT OF TURN COMPREHENSIVE WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission are currently considering Comprehensive Plan Amendments to the Bealeton Service District Plan and much meaningful discussion of other aspects of the Bealeton Service District Plan has taken place; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, mindful of its commitment to economic development, wishes to consider economic development opportunities in Bealeton as part of the consideration of the Bealeton Service District Plan amendments; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 14th day of August 2008, That the filing of an out of turn Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the general area north of Catlett Road (Route 28) and west of Marsh Road (Route 17) in Bealeton be, and is hereby, accepted.
