A Resolution to Authorize the County Administrator to Submit a Finding of Concurrence for a Temporary Pump and Haul Permit for Range 82, LLC

Topic Description:

Range 82, LLC is seeking a temporary pump and haul permit from the Fauquier County Health Department while its septic system is being constructed.  The Health Department’s temporary pump and haul permit application requires concurrence by the locality.  The attached resolution indicates the concurrence of the Board of Supervisors to the issuance of the temporary pump and haul permit, which concurrence shall not extend beyond one year of the date of the Health Department’s permit.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
