RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2004 BYLAWS AND RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO CHANGE THE TIME OF WORK SESSIONS AND THE REGULAR MEETING DATE

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has determined to consider changing its regular meeting date from the third Monday of each month to the third Tuesday of each month; and

WHEREAS,  the Board has also determined to consider changing the time of the start of its work sessions from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.; and

WHEREAS,  making the proposed changes will permit more time for work sessions and will allow Board members and staff an additional work day to coordinate agenda items before the meeting is held; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 16^th day of August 2004, That the 2004 Bylaws and Rules of Procedure for the Board of Supervisors be, and are hereby, amended to change the time of work sessions from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. and the regular meeting date from the third Monday of each month to the third Tuesday of each month.
