Acceptance of a New Road Alignment for the Reconstructed
Portions of Union Church Road, Route 632 in the Lee
Magisterial District |

Topic Description: |
|
During the Virginia
Department of Transportation (VDOT) review of a division of
land on the Virginia Menmuir property on Route 632, it was
discovered that a portion of the road in front of her
property was relocated in approximately 1988. Virginia
Department of Transportation has not been able to determine
that the paperwork was completed to add the new alignment
and abandon the old alignment. Virginia Department of
Transportation is in the process of preparing paperwork
necessary to update their records and one of the items
needed is a resolution passed by the Fauquier County Board
of Supervisors. |
