A Resolution Directing the County Administrator to Schedule a Public Hearing on a Proposed Boundary Adjustment of Approximately 10 Acres into the Corporate Limits of the Town of The Plains

Topic Description:

The proposed resolution directs the County Administrator to schedule a public hearing to receive citizen comments on a proposed boundary adjustment of approximately 10 acres, more or less, of a parcel of land identified as the property of N.F. Adams & Sons, LLC, PIN #6989-65-0953-000, into the corporate limits of the Town of The Plains (the Town).  The purpose of the proposed boundary adjustment is to incorporate said property into the Town to permit the provision of public utilities to buildings currently existing on the site.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Hold a public hearing and consider adoption of the attached resolution.
