County of Fauquier, Virginia for the Benefit of Wakefield School,
Inc.

Topic Description:

To
assist Wakefield School, Inc. in financing and refinancing the
acquisition, construction, renovation and equipping of various
improvements to the School's campus at 4439 Old Tavern Road, The
Plains, Virginia, by the issuance of
revenue bonds by the Industrial Development Authority of
the County of Fauquier, Virginia in an amount not to exceed
$12,000,000 pursuant to the School's plan of financing.
The bonds are not obligations of the IDA or the County, but
merely permit the School to obtain a lower rate of interest on its
private financing.
