A Resolution to Revise Fees at the Landfill for Accepting Special
Items Recently,
the landfill has experienced an increase in the costs it pays to other
vendors associated with the handling of special items such as tires, units
containing freon, and tree stumps. In
order to offset these increased costs, an increase in these special fees
is recommended as shown on the
attachment. Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors Hold public
hearing to receive citizen comments.
Consider the adoption of the attached
resolution. Fiscal
Impact:
The revised fees are intended to offset increased costs associated with
processing tires, units containing freon, and tree stumps. Identify Any Other Departments, Organizations
