Consider
adoption of a resolution authorizing the Chairman of
the Board of Supervisors to execute an agreement between
the County, the Town of Warrenton, and the Fauquier County Chamber
of Commerce for the operation of the Warrenton-Fauquier Visitor
Center.
The members of the Town/County Liaison Committee unanimously
recommend approval of the agreement.

adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

|
The
County's share of the funding for this agreement is contained in
the previously approved budget for this fiscal year. Since the
agreement is subject to appropriation during the Board's budget
process, no additional fiscal year financial impact is expected.
