RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT A ZONING ADMINISTRATOR

FOR FAUQUIER COUNTY 

WHEREAS, the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors is the appointing authority for Zoning Administrators for the County of Fauquier; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has established the position of Assistant Zoning Administrator; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors deems it necessary to authorize the Assistant Zoning Administrator to act in the absence of the Zoning Administrator, as the Zoning Administrator; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 19^th day of August 2002, That the Assistant Zoning Administrator in the Fauquier County Department of Community Development, be, and is hereby, authorized to act, in the absence of the Zoning Administrator, as the Zoning Administrator for Fauquier County, effective immediately.

A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE ASSISTANT ZONING ADMINISTRATOR

 FREDRIC  HODGE TO ACT IN THE ABSENCE OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR

WHEREAS, the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors is the appointing authority for Zoning Administrators for the County of Fauquier; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has established the position of Assistant Zoning Administrator; and

WHEREAS, Fredric Hodge currently occupies the position of Assistant Zoning Administrator; and

WHEREAS, the Board finds it necessary to authorize Fredric Hodge, Assistant Zoning Administrator, to act in the absence of the Zoning Administrator; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 19^th day of August 2002, That Fredric Hodge, Assistant Zoning Administrator in the Fauquier County Department of Community Development, be, and is hereby, authorized to act, in the absence of the Zoning Administrator, as the Zoning Administrator for Fauquier County, effective immediately.
