A PROCLAMATION TO RECOGNIZE THE HEROISM
OF WILLIAM HINES
WHEREAS, on August 22, 2005, William Hines, a Plans Reviewer for the Permitting and Inspections Division of the Department of Community Development, demonstrated great bravery, quick thinking, and heroism when he saved a collapsed coworker from a potentially life threatening situation by assisting in the performance of Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors wishes to commend William Hines for his rapid response and the heroism he demonstrated on August 22, 2005, and for the outstanding example he set for his colleagues, and citizens of all ages; now, therefore; be it
PROCLAIMED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 8th day of September 2005, That the Board of Supervisors does hereby commend William Hines for his selfless act of bravery and heroism in saving the life of a fellow human being; and, be it
PROCLAIMED FURTHER, That the Board of Supervisors hereby extends its best wishes to William Hines for continued success in all future endeavors.
