A Resolution Authorizing the County Attorney's Office to Provide Legal Services to the Fauquier County Industrial Development Authority Board
Topic Description:
The Fauquier County Industrial Development Authority Board has requested that the County Attorney's Office provide legal services. The County Attorney has indicated he is willing to provide these services at a rate of $150.00 per attorney hour. The Board of Supervisors must agree to any additional legal services provided by the County Attorney and/or his staff. Any fees received would be passed through to the attorney providing the legal services. The Industrial Development Authority meets 4-5 times a year and issues an average one to two bonds a year.
Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:
Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

No fiscal impact to the County is expected.
