A Resolution to Correct a Previous Resolution for Subdivision Street Acceptance for Botha Subdivision, Mangum Court, Lee Magisterial District

Topic Description:

Improvements to Mangum Court serving the Botha Subdivision have been completed.  The Board of Supervisors acted on this resolution in July; however, the previous resolution did not include reference to a plat of dedication.  In order for the street to be accepted into the Secondary System of State Highways, a request from the Board of Supervisors that includes all proper plat references is required.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
