A Resolution Notifying Members of  the Board of Supervisors of a Proposed Change to Section 6-3 of the By-laws of the Board of Supervisors and Directing the County Administrator to Advertise a Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to Sections 2-15 and 2-21 of the Fauquier County Code Adding a Residency Requirement for Membership on Committees of the Board of Supervisors and the Parks and Recreation and Library Boards


Topic Description:

This resolution gives notice to the members of the Board of Supervisors of a proposed change to Section 6-3 of the By-laws of the Board, and also directs the County Administrator to schedule a public hearing on proposed amendments to Sections 2-15  and 2-21 of the Code of Fauquier County, adding a residency requirement for membership on committees of  the Board of Supervisors, the Parks and Recreation Board and the Library Board.

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
