A Resolution to Amend the FY 2009 Adopted Budget by $37,201 and the FY 2010 Adopted Budget by $156,492

Topic Description:

At its August 6, 2009 meeting, the Finance Committee recommended various budget related issues totaling $35,946 in FY 2009 appropriations and  $107,183 in FY 2010 appropriations for the Board’s consideration.  In addition, the Committee recommended a $1,255 appropriation for FY 2009, a $14,309 appropriation and a $35,000 transfer from the capital construction reserve to the General Fund and $2,000 from the Contingency Reserve for FY 2010 at its September 3, 2009 meeting for the September 10, 2009 meeting of the Board of Supervisors.  Information regarding the individual adjustments is attached.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
