A Resolution to Approve a Modification to Section 10-6 of the Subdivision Ordinance TO eliminate the requirement for separate construction drawings for the California house Preliminary Plat (WVRP08-MA-009), Marshall DISTRICT

            WHEREAS, the California House Investment Company, LLC, owner, is seeking a modification to Subdivision Ordinance Section 10-6 to eliminate the requirement for separate construction drawings; and

            WHEREAS, the owner is requesting approval to divide an 11.93 acre parcel of land into five lots; and           

            WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat includes all necessary items as required by the Preliminary Plat and Final Construction Plan categories; and

            WHEREAS, on July 31, 2008 the Fauquier County Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed Subdivision Ordinance waiver; now, therefore, be it

            RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 11th day of September 2008, That Subdivision Ordinance Section 10-6 be, and is hereby, waived to allow any Construction Plan requirements to be included on the Preliminary Plat.
