A Resolution to Authorize the Clearing of Approximately One Acre of Land on a County Held Conservation Easement in Accordance With the Request Submitted by Matthew J. Sheedy

Topic Description:

Matthew Sheedy granted a conservation easement on approximately 50 acres in August of 2007 and retained the right to clear up to 3 acres of woodland in order to construct a dwelling.  He has requested permission to clear approximately 1 acre in order to permit the installation of a drainfield on the property.  The easement requires that notice be given prior to such action.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Adopt the attached resolution in accordance with the request.
