A Resolution to Amend the FY 2007 Adopted Budget in the Amount of $37,536 and Amend the FY 2008 Adopted Budget in the Amount of $1,356,501

Topic Description:

The Code of Virginia requires a public hearing when amendments to the budget exceed the lesser of $500,000 or 1% of the total budget.  Various budget related issues in the amount of $37,536 in appropriations for FY 2007, and $1,024,530 in appropriations and $331,971 in transfers for FY 2008 have been identified for consideration.

The following budget related issues have been reviewed and recommended for approval by the Finance Committee during its August meeting.
