A Work Session to Review Additional SYNCHRO Traffic Impact Analysis for the Cross Creek Project in New Baltimore

 

Topic Description:

 

Cross Creek Investments, LLC, is requesting Special Exception approval for a shopping center that includes a 148,000 square foot Costco Store.  This request is the subject of a public hearing on the Board’s agenda.  The SYNCHRO Traffic Impact Analysis performed for the project was reviewed with the Board at their August work session. 

The purpose of this work session is to provide Board members with a follow-up analysis that compares the proposed build-out of the area with the Costco Store and projected road improvements with a by-right development scenario involving the same square footage of general retail use and no additional road improvements by the developer, with the exception of Cross Creek Drive and its intersection with Route 29.

Conduct a work session.
