A Resolution Authorizing the Addition of the Position Title of Surplus Coordinator to the Fauquier County Government Classification and Compensation Plan

Topic Description:

Funding was made available in the FY 2004 budget for a Surplus Coordinator position.  Springstead, Inc. reviewed the position and classified it at a grade 24.  Accordingly, a request is made to add the position title of Surplus Coordinator to the Fauquier County Government Classification and Compensation Plan. 

The Personnel Committee has endorsed this request.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
