RESOLUTION A
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WHEREAS,
the Federal government provides limited funding for law enforcement
through the Block Grant Program; and WHEREAS,
a program requirement is to conduct a public hearing concerning the
proposed use of these funds; and WHEREAS,
it is anticipated that Fauquier County will receive $12,353 in Local Law
Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) funds in this fiscal year; now, therefore,
be it RESOLVED
by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 15th day of September
2003, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, authorized to
schedule a public hearing on October 20, 2003, to receive citizens’
comments on the proposed use of these funds. |
