RESOLUTION A
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF GRANT FORMS FOR THE OFFICE OF
DOMESTIC PREPAREDNESS (ODP) EQUIPMENT PROGRAM COMPETITIVE SUB-GRANT WHEREAS,
the Virginia Department of Emergency Management has informed the County of
it intent to award a grant under the Office of Domestic Preparedness (ODP)
Equipment Program Competitive Sub-Grant to assist in the County’s
response to emergencies; and WHEREAS,
a requirement for the award of this grant is the designation of a Grant
Applicant’s Agent; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED
by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 15th day of September,
2003, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, authorized to
execute for and on behalf of Fauquier County, a public entity established
under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the ODP Equipment Program
Competitive grant; and, be it RESOLVED
