Topic Description:

The Rappahannock-Rapidan
Community Services Board (RRCSB) has requested that the Board of
Supervisors approve and/or acknowledge receipt of the FY 2004
Performance Contract and Agency Plan pursuant to State Code
requirements pertaining to Community Services Boards.
The attached resolution acknowledges receipt of the
proposed plans. On
August
18, 2003
, the Board of Supervisors held a session to
review the RRCSB’s proposed performance contract.
In June 2003, the RRCSB Board endorsed the proposed Agency
Performance Contract and Area plan.

Consider adoption of attached
resolution.
