A RESOLUTION TO CONSIDER GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO VERIZON FOR

TELEPHONE SERVICE AT THE VINT HILL POOL

            WHEREAS, Fauquier County requires telephone service at the Vint Hill swimming pool complex; now, therefore, be it

            RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 15^th day of September 2003, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, authorized to execute an easement at the Vint Hill swimming pool complex to Verizon for telephone service.
