Consider a Resolution Authorizing Acceptance of the Local Enforcement Block Grant – The federal government provides a limited funding for law enforcement through the Block Grant Program.  A program requirement is to conduct a public hearing concerning the use of these funds, which are anticipated to be $14,232 in the current fiscal year.  The Sheriff’s Office is considering using these funds to help fund overtime payments related to traffic enforcement (Harry Atherton, Sponsor; Judith Risdon, Staff)
  1. Consider Special Exception (#SE03-S-02) – Brookside Communities, LLC, owner, and Mark E.
