PROCLAMATION A PROCLAMATION HONORING DR. ROBERT C. DART WHEREAS, in the summer of 2009, Dr. Robert C. Dart retired from 26 years of practice with Blue Ridge Orthopedics and Spine Center; and WHEREAS. Dr. Dart is a panel physician for the newly established Fauquier Hospital Wound Healing Center; and WHEREAS, Dr. Dart is an active member of St. James Episcopal Church; and WHEREAS, Dr. Dart serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the International Academy of Preventative Medicine; and WHEREAS, Dr. Dart is former Chairman of the Fauquier Hospital Department of Surgery; and WHEREAS, Dr. Dart is former President of the Fauquier Hospital medical staff; and WHEREAS, Dr. Dart is a former member of the Fauquier Hospital Board of Directors; and WHEREAS, The Board of Supervisors wishes to recognize and honor Dr. Dart; now, therefore, be it PROCLAIMED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 8th day of October 2009, That Dr. Robert C. Dart is hereby recognized and honored for his dedication and service to the citizens of Fauquier County.
