A Resolution to Authorize Danger Tree Removal on Property Subject to a Purchase of Development Rights Easement

Topic Description:

Dominion has requested that it be granted the right to clear hazardous trees in an area encumbered by a County Purchase of Development Rights easement.  The rights requested by Dominion are not inconsistent with the PDR easement.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
