A Resolution to Amend Conditions of the Wooded Run Estates Preliminary Plat #PPLT06-SC-016, Scott District

Topic Description:

The County and the applicant have discussed various conditions applicable to Wooded Run Estates that were imposed at the time of approval but that were subsequently challenged, and the County has agreed to modify several of the conditions.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider the adoption of the attached resolution.
