A Resolution for Subdivision Street Acceptance for the Ambler Vale Subdivision: Ambler Court, Scott Magisterial District

Topic Description:

Improvements to Ambler Court, serving the Ambler Vale Subdivision, have been completed in accordance with Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) requirements.  In order for the street to be accepted into the Secondary System of State Highways, a request to VDOT for acceptance from the Board of Supervisors is required.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
