A Resolution to Amend the FY 2009 Adopted Budget in the Amount of $19,453,000

Topic Description:

The Code of Virginia requires a public hearing when amendments to the budget exceed 1% of the total budget.  Various budget related issues in the amount of $19,433,500 in appropriations and $19,500 in transfers for FY 2009 have been identified for consideration.

The following budget related issues have been reviewed and recommended for approval by the Finance Committee during its September meeting.
