RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO REVIEW 403(B) and 457(B) FUND PERFORMANCE

WHEREAS, the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors recognizes the need to recognize and replace 403(b) and 457(b) non-performing funds; and

 WHEREAS, the Fauquier County Government and Public Schools 403(b) and 457 (b) Committee meets quarterly with representatives from CAPTRUST Financial Group to review all 403(b) and 457(b) funds; and

WHEREAS, the Committee will from time-to-time on advice from CAPTRUST Financial Group recommend to the County Administrator and School Division Superintendent the removal of non-performing 403(b) and 457(b) funds; now, therefore, be it

 RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 9^th day of October 2008, authorizing the County Administrator the ability to remove non-performing Funds on the 457(B) plan in conjunction with the School Division Superintendent, approved effective October 9, 2008.
