RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION DIRECTING STAFF TO PROCEED WITH DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A PILOT AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM WHEREAS, the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors authorized staff to accept a grant application for Virginia Housing Development Authority’s Sponsoring Partnerships And Revitalizing Communities (SPARC) funds for an affordable housing program; and WHEREAS, staff has presented key criteria developed for participation in the pilot program to the Board of Supervisors for its information and review; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 11th day of October 2007, That staff is hereby directed to proceed with the implementation of the pilot affordable housing program. |
