A Resolution to Award a
Contract to Provide Planning, Architectural and Engineering
Services for the Central Sports Complex |

Topic Description: |
|
The adopted Capital Budget
for FY 2008 provides funding for the planning and
development of the Central Sports Complex to be located on
Meetze Road. The facility will provide the Region with
multiple sports fields and a park to serve the citizens of
the County.
A scope of work for Phase II
has been developed with Timmons Group that includes Concept
Layout, Grading/Drainage/Stormwater/Road Design, Final
Design and assistance with Construction Bidding. It is
anticipated this work will be initiated within 30 days of
award and be completed within 10 months.
