RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR REPAIRS AND ROOF REPLACEMENT AT THE WARREN GREEN BUILDING WHEREAS, a roof evaluation has been completed and found that the existing roof on the Warren Green building is in poor condition and in need of replacement; and WHEREAS, staff presented roofing options to the Town Architectural Review Board and received approval to consider utilizing optional roofing materials; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 11th day of October 2007, that the County Administrator is hereby authorized to award a contract to Autumn Contracting in the amount of $350,000 for roof replacement and repairs at the Warren Green building.
