A Resolution to Convey Marshall Waterworks II, Inc. to the Fauquier County Water and Sanitation Authority

Topic Description:

Section 15.2-1800 of the Code of Virginia requires a public hearing prior to the conveyance of real property.  The County has acquired Marshall Waterworks II, Inc., and now intends to convey it to the Water and Sanitation Authority in accordance with its Memorandum of Understanding with the Fauquier County Water and Sanitation Authority dated August 24, 2006.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
