A Resolution Authorizing the County Administrator to Execute a Lease on Behalf of Fauquier County with Fauquier County Adult Court Services

Topic Description:

The resolution authorizes the County Administrator to execute a lease on behalf of Fauquier County with Fauquier County Adult Court Services for the purpose of renting office space located at 70 Culpeper Street.  An annual lease payment of $16,800 for approximately 3,700 square is required.  This lease will provide the necessary support for documenting program expenses that may be eligible for grant support.  Attached is a copy of the lease.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

A portion of the rent expense to the Adult Court services unit is eligible for grant funding.
