A Resolution Authorizing the County Administrator to Execute a Lease on Behalf of Fauquier County with Andre Gaunoux for 32 Waterloo Street

Topic Description:

The resolution authorizes the County Administrator to execute a lease on behalf of Fauquier County with Andre Gaunoux for the purpose of renting office space located at 32 Waterloo Street for the Registrar’s Office.  The previous lease with Mr. Gaunoux expired and the Registrar’s Office has been holding over month to month.  Board approval of this lease is necessary because the lease has new and different terms from the previous lease.  A monthly lease payment of $3,000 is required.  Attached is a copy of the lease.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
