BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT OF APPROXIMATELY
6.1893 ACRES INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF WARRENTON –
A public hearing to consider a proposed
boundary adjustment of the land of Highland School, Inc., currently located
in Fauquier County consisting of two parcels, one approximately 5.8519 acres
described as PIN 6985-12-5125-000, and the second approximately 0.3374
acres described as PIN 6985-22-0204-000. The proposed agreement will
relocate the boundary between the Town and the County to the northern edge
of the Highland School property along its border with U.S. Route 17
Business, and U.S. Route 17 Bypass. The relocated boundary will place the
school under one governmental and permitting authority. A copy of the
proposed agreement is on file in the office of the County Administrator, 10
Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
