Topic Description:

In order to improve the operation of Lake Brittle, the Department of Parks and Recreation has proposed to acquire the property of Richard Leeper, also described as PIN # 7915-36-3235.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

The financial impact of the proposed acquisition is $450,000.00 plus the cost of title insurance, survey and environmental audit.
