A Resolution Authorizing the County Administrator to Execute an Agreement to Boundary Adjust Seven Acres of  Land Owned by N.F. Adams & Sons, LLC, Into the Corporate Limits of the Town of The Plains

Topic Description:

The proposed resolution authorizes the County Administrator to execute a proposed boundary adjustment to adjust approximately seven acres of a parcel of land owned by N.F. Adams & Sons, LLC, PIN #6989-65-0953-000, into the corporate limits of the Town of the Plains.  The purpose of the proposed boundary adjustment is to permit the Town to provide public utilities to the buildings currently existing on the site.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
