Consider Granting an Easement to Amerigas
Propane, L.P. to Provide Service to T‑Hangar 3
at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport

Topic Description: |
|
In conjunction with the construction of the third T-Hangar
at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport, it is necessary to
provide an easement to Amerigas Propane, L.P in order to
provide utility service to the hangar. A public hearing
is required for approval of the easement.

Requested Action of the
Board of Supervisors:

|
Conduct a public hearing to receive citizen comments and
consider adoption of
attached resolution.
|
|
Financial Impacts Analysis: |
|
The Airport improvement project is funded by State grants
and private source funding. Utility installation is a part
of the project budget. |
