RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO CONSIDER GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO

AMERIGAS PROPANE, L.P.  TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO T-HANGAR 3 AT THE WARRENTON-FAUQUIER AIRPORT

            WHEREAS, as a part of the construction of the third T-hangar at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport, it is necessary to provide an easement to Amerigas Propane, L.P. in order to facilitate service to the hangar; and

WHEREAS, on October 13, 2005, the Board of Supervisors held a public hearing to receive citizen’s comments; now, therefore, be it

            RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 13^th day of October 2005, That the County Administrator, or his designee, be, and is hereby, authorized to execute a Right of Way Easement Agreement with Amerigas Propane, L.P. for utility installation in conjunction with the construction of the third T-Hangar at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport.
