of the Waste Water Treatment Facility at the
Warrenton-Fauquier Airport

Topic Description: |

In conjunction with the construction of the Waste Water
Treatment facility at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport, it is
necessary to provide an easement to Rappahannock Electric
Cooperative (REC) to provide electric service to the
treatment site. A public hearing is required for approval
of the easement. |

Requested Action of the
Board of Supervisors:

Conduct a public hearing to receive citizens’ comments and
consider adoption of
attached resolution. |

Financial Impacts Analysis: |
|
Funding for the construction of the airport sewer system is
provided in the Utility Fund. Funds from this account are
available for this purpose. |
